Return Policy
As you can appreciate, due to the nature of our business we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or any reason other than product defect. If for any reason there is a genuine defect with your purchase it must be returned within 14 days. Upon receipt of the original item by us at The Garden of O, we will offer a full refund for the faulty product in accordance with the Department of Fair Trading guidelines.
